Milestone 3: Scripts completed and schedule going forward
The date is the 15th of March 2022, I have finished my script and mostly finalized it. I will send it off to my English teacher again for her commentary then make my final changes soon. The bulk of it however is done.
Overall I am very satisfied with the script I have created, it adheres very closely to the rules of dialogue and writing that I have set out and channels the writing styles of Elmore Leonard and Quentin Tarantino very closely.
If I were to improve, I would go to my English teacher and other writing experts and ask them to look it over and suggest areas of improvement I could act on.
Moving forwards I have decided to create a schedule to allow me to organise my workflow better. To do this I have though up the tasks I have left to do:
-Storyboarding
-Location scouting
-Getting the cast and crew together
-Filming
-Editing
And I have placed them in a month which I will spend doing them:
March: Scriptwriting and finalisation of the script
April: Storyboarding
May: Storyboarding
June: Location scouting and casting. Storyboarding overflow
July: Filming
6 weeks holiday: Filming and editing
Using this schedule, I am confident that I can get the film completed by the end of the six weeks holiday
